For manufacturing & supply chain operations
The agentic layer for
manufacturing & supply chain.
Kyros agents plan production, buy material, check bills and chase suppliers across the WhatsApp, Tally and Excel your factory already runs on. You approve what matters with one tap.
An illustrative activity log from a practice factory: a supervisor reports a line breakdown by voice note and Kyros replans production, proposing a night shift; it finds a material shortage, asks three mills for rates on WhatsApp and splits the order between them; the purchase goes to the owner for approval and the PO is sent and booked in Tally only after the owner confirms; and a supplier bill that overcharges for quantity is held.
Illustrative, on a practice factory. Not a product recording.

Works where you work
Kyros comes to you.
No new software for your team to learn. Supervisors send voice notes, suppliers reply on WhatsApp, and the owner approves from wherever they are. Tap OK in one place and it is done everywhere.
The same approval request appears on WhatsApp and in the Kyros app. The owner taps Confirm on WhatsApp; the app card then shows it as done, and Kyros replies that the purchase order was sent and written in Tally.
How Kyros works
One change. Every team it touches.
A factory is one connected system. A rush order moves production, which moves material, purchasing, stores, dispatch and cash. Today people carry that change by phone. Kyros carries it on one shared record of the factory.
- ORDOrderBuyer wants 2,000 more shirts by Monday
- PLNProductionPlan redrawn on real line capacity
- MATMaterial7,600 m oxford blue is short
- PURPurchasing3 mills asked, best split picked
- STRStoresArrival booked, line told to start
- DSPDispatchShip date held
- CSHCashBill matched, dues tracked
Real KyrosAI answers, on a practice shirt factory.
- 01ConnectA small connector on your Tally PC, your WhatsApp Business number, and the Excel sheets you already keep. Nothing to migrate.
- 02LearnReal line speeds, supplier terms, the names your people use for things. You can see and correct everything Kyros learns.
- 03RunAgents plan, chase, compare and check all day. Plain code does the maths. AI reads the messy messages.
- 04DecideAnything that sends, books or pays comes to you as one card. One tap, and it is done in Tally too.
Security
Your data, your rules, your servers if you want.
- Nothing moves without a human tap
- The AI proposes. Only a person’s confirmation, enforced in code, sends, books or pays.
- Every action on the record
- An append-only log of what Kyros did and why. Every figure traces back to a real entry.
- Each person sees their own work
- The owner sees money and approvals. A supervisor sees their line. Approval limits per person.
- One factory, one vault
- Strict per-factory isolation. Your data, credentials and memory never mix with anyone else’s.
- Your data stays where you choose
- Hosted in the region of your choice, or on a server inside your own factory.
- Works when Tally is off
- Entries queue on the office PC and catch up when Tally opens. A bad internet day loses nothing.
Pricing
Pay for the operations work, not for seats.
Every factory runs differently, so every plan is scoped to your size, your data and the tools you already use.

What factory owners ask us first.
Nothing is sent, booked or paid without a human tap.
Do we have to replace Tally or our ERP?
No. Your ERP and Tally stay the official record. Kyros reads from them and writes into them through a small connector, and works across WhatsApp, email and the Excel sheets around them. Nothing to migrate, nobody to retrain.
Will Kyros send, book or pay anything on its own?
No. Anything that goes to a supplier, gets booked in Tally or touches money waits for a person’s tap, with approval limits per person. The AI proposes. Only a human confirmation, enforced in code, carries it out.
Our team works on WhatsApp, in their own language. Will this work?
Kyros currently supports messages in English and Hindi, and more regional languages are coming soon.
Where does our data live?
Your choice. On our cloud, hosted in the region of your choice, on dedicated infrastructure that is yours alone, or on a GPU server inside your factory so nothing leaves the premises. Each factory’s data is isolated from every other.
What does a pilot look like?
We pick the one workflow that hurts most — purchasing, bills or the production plan — set it up from the sheets you already keep, and sit with your team while it runs on your real data. Then you add agents as you go.
What does it cost?
A one-time onboarding fee and a monthly subscription, both scaled to your factory’s size and the tools you run. Book a demo and we will send a proposal for your operation.
Pilot program
Put Kyros on one problem in your factory.
We are onboarding a small number of manufacturers as pilot partners. Tell us where the manual work sits and we will show you Kyros on your own workflow. If you invest in people who run factories, we would like to talk too.
Goes straight to the founders. We reply within a day.
